Condoms and Cocktails

Come join us for an afternoon of unlimited mimosas, appetizers, games, sex education, and community.  The Merry Outlaw x Barrier Babes is throwin' a party and we would love to see you there.

It's no secret that there has never been sufficient funding for sexual education.  We are constantly seeing drastic cuts to these already small budgets, and even though it's been deemed as ineffective, abstinence-only is still the main method taught in school.  Our goal at Barrier Babes is to try to be here for Kansas City in a way that our education systems never could.

Barrier Babes aims to provide "safe sex bundles" in local bar bathrooms across the city where condoms are needed the most.  These bundles include not only protection, but also education along with it (i.e. how to use a condom, how to turn a condom into a dental dam, information about consent, hotline resources, etc). Help us lower the rates of STIs and unwanted pregnancies.  Help us change the sexual health landscape of Kansas City for the better.

$25 gets ya unlimited cocktails and mimosas, and a lot of fun.  100% of party proceeds go to the creation of more "safe sex bundles." We ask that guests bring a box of condoms to donate as well, if possible.
